What are the ornaments made of?

Every Carbon Credence ornament is made from real carbon fiber - the same material used in high performance supercars and aerospace engineering. Each piece features a gloss finish and is hand assembled in house. Not plastic. Not imitation. The real thing.

How do I hang the ornament in my car?

Each ornament is designed to hang from any standard rearview mirror. Simply loop the included cord or chain over your mirror and let it hang. No tools, no installation, no damage to your vehicle.

Will the ornament be distracting while driving?

The ornaments are lightweight and designed to sit naturally without excessive movement. They are sized to be visible and meaningful without obstructing your field of view or becoming a distraction while driving.

How do I care for my ornament?

Carbon fiber is extremely durable and requires minimal maintenance. Simply wipe clean with a soft dry cloth as needed. Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals or direct high pressure water. The gloss finish can be polished with a microfiber cloth to keep it looking its best.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive an update once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we are working toward and will announce when available. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok to stay updated.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because each order is hand assembled and processed quickly we have a very short window to make changes. If you need to modify or cancel your order please contact us immediately through our contact page and we will do our best to accommodate you before it ships.

Returns & Support

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We stand behind every piece we make. If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is handcrafted to order we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However if there is an issue with your product we will always take care of you. Quality is our standard and we do not compromise on that.
